The Old Catholic and Anglican Airport Ministry is a registered charity in the Netherlands.  The foundation is responsible for Anglican  and Old Catholic participation in the chaplaincy at Schiphol airport and for the maintenance costs of the Anglican-Old Catholic chaplain.

The board has agreed a covenant with the legal representatives of the Roman Catholic Airport foundation, and the workgroup of the Protestant Church of the Netherlands.  The joint boards meet at least three times a year to guide the ecumenical chaplaincy and produce a joint budget for operations.
